Chemical peels are professional exfoliation treatments designed to improve the overall appearance and health of the skin. During this treatment, specialized exfoliating solutions are applied to the skin to gently dissolve the bonds between dead or damaged skin cells, encouraging the skin’s natural renewal process.

During the procedure, it is common to experience temporary sensations such as tingling, warmth, or mild burning while the peel solution is active. Following treatment, the skin may appear slightly red and may feel tight, dry, or sensitive. In the days after the treatment, mild flaking or peeling may occur as the outer layer of skin sheds and new, healthy skin is revealed.
